Seeing there is a need for a better exercise prescription in the field of rehabilitation we have created Connected mHealth. To really create a one of a kind exercise prescription solution we have included in its development various experts from different fields of health and wellness. Our goal for Connected mHealth is to become an easy-to-use tool for medical institutions and other companies in the creation of their exercise protocols and plans, while at the same time enabling them to monitor the effectiveness of patients and client progress.
